A Journey of Growth and Commitment to Lasting Recovery
Touchstone Recovery Center was founded in Clovis, CA in 2003 and has remained a locally owned and operated facility since its beginning. Over the years, Touchstone has grown from a modest outpatient clinic to a comprehensive substance‐abuse treatment center offering a full continuum of care. Today, Touchstone provides medically supervised detoxification, residential/inpatient treatment, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient programs, and a robust alumni support program designed for those who have completed treatment. Through this expansion, it now serves Fresno County and the broader Central Valley, with the primary mission of guiding clients toward lasting recovery.
What truly sets Touchstone apart is its staff—many of whom bring more to the table than professional credentials. In addition to licensed therapists, medical providers, and certified substance-abuse counselors, approximately one third of the staff are Touchstone alumni themselves. This means that clients are supported not only by skilled professionals, but by people with lived experience—those who understand, first-hand, the challenges and triumphs of recovery. While the journey cannot be walked for the client, Touchstone’s team is committed to showing the path, offering the insight, tools, and encouragement needed to help clients build sustainable, long-term sobriety.
